This community was built for you, our passionate storytellers, to help us channel the enthusiasm we have for our company and our clients and share with the rest of the world. We hope you will use this community platform to reveal the many amazing ways W2O is changing our world through sharing interesting and buzz worthy stories on your social media channels, engaging with our clients at events around the world, or sharing your passion for your personal contribution to the creation of our world class products. This program is designed to make it easier for you to participate on professional social networks to further develop your digital footprint. By helping us drive awareness, engagement and ultimately new business, you're helping us grow our brand. In return, we'll reward you with points, get you recognized on a leader board. The more your share or submit content the more points and recognition you earn.

How Points Work

As you browse the different sections of the hub, you will see SHARE icons next to featured articles, blog posts and images. Click SHARE to post to your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn social media channels. Each time you share a piece of content, you will be awarded points. You can view your points total on the menu bar at the top of your home screen, or check out the Leaderboard to see how you rank compared to other W2O users.

Posting Guidelines

Do:

• A picture is worth a thousand words! Include a high quality image in your posts
• Submit stories that may excite employees and their personal networks
• Provide a link to the original source (if available)
• Use # and @ to increase visibility of your posts
• Proof read
• Stay (and write) positive

Don’t:

• Don’t use profanity in your posts
• Do not post images that may be considered inappropriate
• Do not use images or content that may violate a copyright without permission, and always be sure to link to and site the original source
• Do not share anything confidential about our company

Keep in Mind:

• Once you submit your post, you will not be able to edit it
• The community manager will decide which content to publish in the community. This decision is final
• Your post may be shared by other members of the community on their own social channels outside of the application
• Recommended Image size at least 480x360, or a larger image with a 4:3 aspect ratio

Download the Mobile App

The VoiceStorm app can be downloaded to your smart phone and configured to connect with W2O Social Ambassadors. After downloading the Voicestorm app, just enter in the community code "W2O" and log in. 

You will be able to receive notifications of new content to read and share with your social networks. An exciting feature of the mobile app is that you can also email content to your email contacts right from your mobile phone.
